If you're coming out to the airfield for a flight, here's the essential information you need to know.
When we fly
We fly most non raining Wednesdays, weekends and public holidays. Check the schedule on the home page to check we are flying the day you want to turn up, and that public flights are available.
Either Contact the booking desk to ensure we are flying and to book a suitable time, or check the front page and add a booking with our new self serve booking system. Turn up half an hour before your booking if you can. Ensure we have your cellphone number, so we can contact you if the day is cancelled. Bookings can be cancelled without penalty.
Allow an hour or two to have your flight, sometimes there are delays.
If you have a friend or family member who may also want a flight we can probably fit them in on the day.

We fly from Matamata Airfield 9km north of Matamata, and just north of the small town of Waharoa.
